The SPEAK Select Media dialog box doesn't use the Root field value which is defined in any item (e.g. AllMediaFiles) under the /sitecore/client/Applications/Dialogs/SelectMediaDialog/PageSettings/SearchConfigs item in the Core database.
This patch fixes the described behavior.
