v0.0.3 - Build stability

Builds should be more stable now. Only Linux and Darwin builds still rely on external dependencies, which are well proven for those platforms.

Additionally, thanks to contributions we now have a flag randomization function, if you don't wish to implement a specific flag but rather just print one at random.
