  1. Add additional specs for contract validation 

    The specs for contract validation did not specifically test for the
cases where a contract class had methods specifying rest (**args),
keyrest (**kwargs) or block (&block) parameters.

Add tests for these cases to protect against bugs being introduced to
the validation.
