Update pywb to handle both mostly all retro browsing and half current browsing when archiving the web.
And for some recent changes for the Internet over the year timeline ranging from mostly all retro content and half current live internet content from the todays web so that past previous content that exist over the years will be archived when browsing through conifer.

- Add cdx to solr index
- Add batch ingest
- updates to frontend
- add solr doc ttl
- trigger cdx and solr indexing at collection level
- remove proactive cdxj sync on collection for now..
- add timeout to solr queries
- make derivs and recordings 1:1
- remove derivs when deleting a recording
- add doc clearing to solrmanager
- Add sort_field to query params, expires_at_dt to response
- Add `shallow` query param to collection detail api for metadata response
- Add unique id processor to solr
- Add indexing display to collection manager

So this new layout for its browser emulator for better capturing quality will have an all past retro and half current live internet layout for conifer new deploy interface and have new look from past to current content from within timeline that use to exist from the internet.
