Easy Regression Tests

The following is an easy way to run the regression tests. It will work if DaySim and the region specific test folder have the default (repo) names and are siblings and Python 3 is installed and in your path.

• If needed, update DaySim and rebuild in Visual Studio.
• Open a Windows cmd window in that directory and run run_regression.bat

You will see DaySim output. The output will be stored in the ‘regression_results_’ (which is in same directory as configuration file).
