While we wait for this issue, we can take the already existing orphans defined for various Plutus ledger types from here and make a sublibrary for them.

Some organizational questions in light of #680 are definitely a concern. My current plan is to make a V1.Orphans, V2.Orphans and V3.Orphans, mirroring the plutus-ledger-api data type exports from corresponding modules. We can, of course, share instances on the back end.
