Add page to book as an index of of helpers such as cheat sheet websites and tools for prqlc such as tldr.

Nice, thanks. I guess it'll fill out when the other ones merge; I remember you did lots of them. Thanks for adding the links to issues.

We can link to it from Summary.md. It should go under a subheading — maybe "Internals" next to "Syntax highlighting"? Or in "Integrations" if you think that's better.
