My converter for BYN with Belarussian Bank Exchange rates

Description

Works from command-line with synthaxis like belka [-h] [-f FILE] [-u] amount [CUR1 [CUR2 ...]]

BYN RUB is selected by default, can save rates to file, and update it from web.

Installation:

1. pip install git+https://github.com/OfficerKoo/Belka-Converter.git@<version>
