wggesucht: General fixes. Fix pagination. General: Add possibility to filter by date (immoscout does not offer this). GMaps stuff untested as it does not seem to work for free any longer.
Add date+address to message, add date_filter, comment out GMaps stuff

Both portals were not working for me. This fixes the problems I encountered. Immoscout does not allow to filter by date, so I added a date filter - this has to access each unseen flat page though.
This probably includes some code from @Zaunei, but I manually integrated it a while ago and therefore it's not in the commit history. Sorry for this.
