Hi,
Recently I've been having an issue where fragpipe reports that it cannot read a frame or it cannot read a range within a frame. The files still finish searching but it's just reporting this new error which I have not seen before and I'm wondering what is going on or if the files need to be searched again. I'm running the DIA_speclib_quant_diapasef workflow, labeled my files as DIA-Quant (they would not run with just DIA checked) and attached a predicted spectral library under the "Quant (DIANN)" tab.
