v7.11.8 - Themes and Refactor!

Notes

This is a relatively small update, we're currently working on a refactor, and some other projects!
Most notably, We modularized nebula's scripts based on their intended function, mainly to reduce clutter and encourage contribution by making it significantly easier to read. Also, new Themes!

BareSwitcher (Major Feature!)

BareSwitcher Allows you to change the bare server that nebula's client proxy uses. This feature has been requested heavily, and was a lot of work because we had to modify Ultraviolet.
