13.5 update

Static primitives
Changelog
- Spawned schematics are now static by default. This means that their position, rotation, scale and other network properties won't be updated by a server. This may give a huge performance boost if you have hundreds of primitives. Schematics with animaitons are not static automatically. Plugin devs are able to choose whether their schematic is static or not, no breaking changes.

- You are now able to rotate root/empty objects, so if you were in need to flip the schematic in editor or something now you should be able
- Added nice colors in debug messages
- Added some anti smoothbrain checks (trying to use name with spaces, rescaling root schematic object)
- Removed giant switch statement (important for me, not important for you)

MER server counter

- Introduced a new feature that counts the number of verified servers that are using this plugin. It works by calling a remote API every 30 minutes. You can disable that in config.
