fixed typo

Master.py is not needed to run dynamic_tga.py, dynamic_tga.py can be run from command script using matl_set argument.  Added compare all function which can be run using -c flag from command prompt.

…el prediction plot as pdf in plot results folder. Rewrote Master.py automate the generation. Used analytical solution with reaction order from Coheurt paper to create peicewise functions in python and create function within python using MP package. which solves the non-linear equations for the reaction advancedment, and therefore mass. Cleaned up dynamic_tga and Master python scripts.
