General overhaul + improvements!

• Added workflow for automatic releases
• Added stub registry files to skip dumping of all registry hives
• Convert to command-based CLI app, add multiple new commands:
  • export-hive, to export a hive containing the encrypted CIKs
  • export-params, to export the device key parameters to run the key derivation on another device
  • derive, to run the key derivation based on the parameters exported with the above command
