Related to #51 . Fixes the implementation of the equal density binning and the convolution with the gaussian redshift error.
Solutions were pulled from the work I've done for Glass here using the implementation of @ntessore 's
cumtrapzfunction.New SRD implementation was benchmarked against @paulrogozenski implementations on the Forecasting repository notebooks and files found here. See #51 for more details and benchmarks.
