Problem: There was no dedicated folder containing basic DSA problems for beginners to practice, as identified in issue fineanmol#7818.
Solution: A new folder named DSA Problems has been created. It contains a collection of commonly asked Data Structures and Algorithms problems.
Changes Proposed:
Created a new folder: DSA_Problems
Updated the text file to include a list of the problems.
