MathQuill problems

Following are the results from the conducted mobile tests. The tests are based on manual UI tests with the use of quickstart.html included in the Mathquill GitHub repo.

Fix for most encountered issues:
When issues are encountered, the input field needs to be deselected and selected again to resume operability
