| CENGINE_LISTUSERS | This users can list other users (e.g. in the Administration component) |
| CENGINE_MODIFYUSERS | This users can add/delete/change group on other users |
| CENGINE_IMPORTUSERS | This user could import users |
| CENGINE_EXPORTUSERS | This user could export users |
