Places 365 model support

🎉Scan for webcams now supports on-device image classification thanks to the places365 model via the --places tag(refer to the README for more information).

This model is fine trained on footages of real world locations, and thus should provide a better result than Clarifai's generic image classification model for our use case. However, a tradeoff of using this model is extra space taken to download pytorch and the model.
