Initial release for Plugin Store

This is the initial release of this plugin to be added to the Indigo Plugin Store. We've added an icon, bumped the version number, updated the help url, and tweaked the README file to reflect the new fork in our open source repo.

We have made no code changes to the plugin, so the functionality remains the same.
