Staff and students are expected to swipe their id cards when entering a room on the university campus. Visitors are issued with temporary cards to swipe. Swipes are stored in a single file; either delimited text format or object file. Swipe data is Swipe Id, Card Id, Room, and, Date-Time of Swipe. Temporary card swipes will also store the visitor name and company.
