QuickShop allow you create shop with 0 price.

What will happend after i enable this feature

Player can create shop with 0 price
Tax will be gone

How enable it

Open your configuration, set shop.allow-free-shop to true
Execute /qs reload

The shops is will be gone after i disable this feature
