We don't care about the client kernel version (and neofetch is not really a standard tool to get it).

every time I report a github error and specify that I'm on linux
we systematically asked which kernel I'm on.
so I automatically add it.

it's not a standard ?

neofetch has been installed on all basic distribs for several years.
and allows a non-expert to quickly give system information whatever the distribution.

what do you think? i try to have a user-friendly approach

For the scrcpy client, the kernel version is most of the time irrelevant, the behavior and bugs do not really depend on the kernel.

It's not installed by default on Debian at least, probably not on Ubuntu either. The usual way to get kernel information is uname -a.
