At the Centers of Excellence (CoE), we emphasize user-centric approaches in the technical solutions we help agencies implement. In order to do the same for our acquisitions, we have posted the templates we use to build out our procurement packages to this repository.
Considering the "user" of a procurement package is a Government procurement professional as well as the contractors that submit responses and are issued awards based on them, we want feedback from everyone. To serve that mission, we are using this Google Form to represent an "indefinite Request for Information", asking anyone who is interested to help us improve our documentation and the associated processes.
Please remember these are only templates we use to build out Phase II procurements and there is no acquisition associated with these documents. Thanks!
We have begun using individual repositories for each of our acquisition projects. These are the project repositories currently active, listed in alphabetical order:
- Micro-purchase Threshold Buys - A repository with procurements under $10k (the micro-purchase threshold).
- MPT - Process - A repo outlining the process.
- MPT - Template - A repo showing what it would look like if you did this for yourself.
- Discovery BPA - The Blanket Purchase Agreement we'll be using for Discovery and Assessment work.
We have begun using individual repositories for each of our agency partners. These are the main repositories currently active, listed in alphabetical order:
- U.S. Department of Defense - Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)
- U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO)
- U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- National Institutes of Health - National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD)
- U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
