Rūrusetto Addon 1.0

This is the initial release.

Added:

  • You can browse the ruleset listing
  • You can read the wiki page on each ruleset

To be done:

  • Ability to download/update/remove rulesets
  • Integrating as much of rūrusetto into the addon as possible as its API grows
