General schedule

09:00 camera and microphone pickup at 3 rental company sites: Seb, Egb
09:00 start flashing boxes in K.1105
- arrival on site: 6 ppl: Mark, Vasil+ 4-6 .bg + otheres
- arrival of flight cases (boxes and cabling)
- arrival of vocto boxes
- ansible push to all vocto boxes
15:00 arrival of cameras and microphones
- load fresh audio batteries
- camera configuration
- microphone configuration
16:00 per-room installation
- central monitoring & overview: Vasil(?), Mark
- parallel 2 people teams each for Janson&Lafontaine (priority), AW, H, K, U
  - 6 sets of walkies (one per team)

- 1 presenter box
- 1 camera box
- 1 camera with power supply
- 1 tripod
- 1 hdmi cable (camera->box)
- 1 XLR cable (microphone->camera)
- 1 set of sennheiser transmitter+receiver, lapel microphone
- 2 3.5->6.4 jack converters
- 1 3.5->3.5 audio cable (presenter laptop->box)
- 2 VGA cables (laptop->presenter box, presenter box->beamer)
- (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI->VGA converter
- (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI cable for the converter

08:00 installing cameras, testing

13:30 start replacing batteries
18:30 END of the day:
- copy recordings from the boxes
- remotely switch off the boxes
- move cameras back to secured storage
- replace audio batteries

08:30: install cameras
- testing

09:40: streaming start
13:30: start replacing batteries
18:10 END of the day
- copying recordings from the boxes
- remotely switch off the boxes
- dismantle
20:00: video cleanup done
