Adding a new rule. WithRule, this rule raise and issue when find a with statement in delphi code.
I needed to update
org.mockit.versionto version 2.23.0 to be able to test the plugin. (SKD 17 - Language level 11)I Was not able to run the plugin on Language Level 8, due the use of new resources from language level 11
