Tested in UWP, WASM, WinUI - doesn't work in WASM as expected. Re-running the CI since it failed |

The merge CI failed here for WinUI 3, I checked and it was an out-of-memory error. So hopefully just transient, the next build passed, so I think we're good. Something to keep an eye on for #174. |

Long-standing control I've tinkered with on the weekends, finally coming into Labs!

Also cleaning up some docs here.
Doesn't seem to be working on WASM, so we need to investigate after #174. Also noticed a drifting when dragging (hadn't done too much with that scenario in my own projects, may have a fix from SizerBase though to try).
