Upload to Imgur

A console program to upload medias to Imgur.

Supported formats

• jpg (jpeg)

How to use

Open the app and it will open a webpage where your media is uploaded. If you upload multiple files, it will just text you the links instead.

Arguments

-f: do not open browswer and print links instead

Build (create a jar)

The application was built and executed under JDK Eclipse Termurim 17.0.4, but JDK 12+ (JRE 12+ for execution) should work as well. (Not tested)

javac -d out src\*
jar -c -v -f build\main.jar -e com.carrieforle.uploadtoimgur.Main -C out .

Run the jar executable

java -jar build\main.jar

jlink

The following snippets create a JRE to run in jre/. (45.5MB)

jlink -v --compress=2 -p out --add-modules uploadtoimgur --output jre

Note

If the console is not opened upon opening it on Windows, create a batch snippet with the following text

java -jar build\main.jar %*
