Add "Questions & Answers" category & corresponding subcategories

Summary

Added the "Questions & Answers" category (resolves #2) to the Categories page. Also added subcategories for this category (resolves #3), including Projects, Exams, Logistics, and Lectures.

Edit (10/04/2024): tested whether changes persist in the redis database locally (they do!), which resolves #4 and resolves #5

Notes

If you have already set up NodeBB, you will have to remove the config.json file and also clear the Redis database using redis-cli FLUSHDB first. Then, do ./nodebb setup again to see the changes made.
