Added additional 1.17 checks!

• Loot Tables, Advancements and Predicates are now checked for block/item conditions in which the block/item string field has been replaced by a blocks/items string list field.
• Almost all files will be checked on grass_path which has been replaced by dirt_path

Added update rule for upgrading datapacks from 1.16 to 1.17!

• Added the Core.Update.To1_17 rule that detects issues regarding 1.17 in 1.16 data packs!
