OVERVIEW

A Colorado Board of Elections employee has given you the floowing tasks to complete the election audit of a recent local congressional election.

1. Calculate total votes cast

2. Get list of candidates

3. Calculate the votes each candidate got

4. Calculate the % of votes each candidate won

5. Determine a winner based off popular vote

The analysis of the election shows that:

-There were 369,711 total votes cast

Charles Casper Stockham recieved 23.0% of the vote. (85,213)

Diana DeGette recieved 73.8% of the vote. (272,892)

Raymon Anthony Doane recieved 3.1% of the vote. (11,606)
