Update Face SDK

Description

• Update Face SDK with the latest TypeSpec: Update Face spec azure-rest-api-specs#29120
• Add BLUR into FaceAttributeTypeDetection03 since the Face backend service supports Blur with Detection03 model now.
• Add one more sample for demonstrate stateless verification.
