Video thumbnail downloads were fixed while posts and reels were being downloaded. From now on, only the desired video will be downloaded and the video thumbnail will not be saved as .jpeg.

• Now it will perform all the media downloads in the background which fixes app crashing.
• Changed download location to Internal Storage/InstaLoaderApp/username.
• Updated App name from Insta Loader to InstaLoaderApp.

This update brings stability to the app.
