Resolves # (Not reported directly on Issues tab, but appellant, since new 2.02 arma version)

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Remove outdated functions: fn_loadDeadGear.sqf and fn_fetchDeadGear.sqf

  • Code refact. for life_save_gear

  • I have tested my changes and corrected any errors found
