This project is a demo project built to learn Terraform. It was completed as part of a Google Cloud lab challenge.
The purpose of this project is to provide hands-on experience with Terraform, an infrastructure as code tool. By working through this project, you will learn how to provision and manage resources on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform.
To get started with this project, follow the steps below:
- Clone the repository to your local machine.
- Install Terraform on your system.
- Set up your Google Cloud Platform account and obtain the necessary credentials.
- Update the
variables.tf
file in root directory and inside the modules with your project-specific information. - Run
terraform init
to initialize the project. - Run
terraform plan
to see the execution plan. - Run
terraform apply
to provision the resources. - Explore and experiment with the provisioned resources.
- Run
terraform destroy
to delete all of the terraform managed resources.
