This PR is currently producing builds here.
In order for this to make sense upstream, non-maintainer upload should be converted into maintainer upload. Version should be bumped to v0.2 to ensure that
.debs upgrade correctly. GitHub Actions are reliable, but provided as-is.debian/compatis deleted in favour of usingdebhelper-compatin control file. Architectures are defined as arm only.libpng12-devbuild dependency is nowlibpng-dev.I have added Lintian overrides, though they are not required.
