Release v2.0

Second release of FlagPFP (now linux-flavored too!)
Changes:

• You can now add custom flags through JSON.
• Code cleanup.
• Better console argument parser.
• Easier to read flag help, also the flag help now displays what parameter name you need.
• Linux build, if it throws an initializer exception, do "sudo apt-get install libgdiplus"
