Read files-to-archive from a file

New -f option which means you do not need to wait for the -i input folder to be walked.

Two run modes: split and archive

• adds multithreaded archiving
• cleaned up splitter code

Reduced Memory

• uses way less memory on larger files
• friendlier output when input file is not found
