the long wait is over. the 0.6.0 took too long to to away because, well, 0.6.9 haha funny number

and also, this is the final ever version for the bedrock edition that will be released. all updates from here on out will be for java edition 1.12.2 only

New Creatures

  • Added Dilophosaurus
    • Found in forest biomes
    • They will open up their frills and spit poison at their targets
    • Tameable with flesh treats or carrion treats
    • Have 3 command staff abilities
      • Simple bite attack
      • Spit Attack (spit at targets to induce blindness and poison)
      • Poison Trap (create a poison trap that, when triggered, will blind, poison, and damage nearby mobs)
  • Added Gallimimus
    • Super fast and shy dinos
    • They are very timid, and will run away if you get too close, but you can sneak up to them and give them treats to tame them
    • Tameable with fungus treats, rooted treats, or bug treats
    • Can power jump
    • Have 2 command staff abilities
      • Attack (dont even use it)
      • Sprint (sprints for a short while, followed by a cooldown)
    • Can farm seeds, crops, and flowers
  • Added Ankylosaurus
    • Found in deserts and badlands
    • Tameable with cactus treats, grassy treats, or rooted treats
    • Are very tanky, they're immune to damage from all projectiles and take 50% less damage from most melee attacks
    • When low on health, they will enter their shell to take 87.5% less damage and regenerate
    • Has 2 command staff abilities
      • Club Smash
        • Simple powerful attack
        • Destroys blocks of up to stone strength
      • Shell Mode
        • Disables movement and hides in its shell
        • Besides disabling movement and taking 75% less damage it also makes them regenerate energy much faster
    • Can harvest ores from ore blocks and stone related blocks
  • Added Tenontosaurus
    • Found in dark forests
    • Tameable with fungus treats and leafy treats
    • May be surrounded by Utahraptors, Dilophosauruses, Zombies, or Skeletons that will protect it
    • Can emit pheromones that can hypnotize most surrounding mobs
    • Has 2 command staff abilities
      • Tail Slap
        • Not very powerful
      • Hypnosis
        • Charms nearby creatures and mobs into defending you for 90 seconds, after which they will commit suicide
  • Added Coelophysis
    • Found in plains biomes and are meant to be your first tame
    • Can be given flesh treats
    • Are basically like wolves but with an immunity to poison
  • Added Direbear
    • Found in taigas
    • Have 3 main attacks:
      • Bite (not special)
      • Stomp (can give slowness 255 for a few seconds to mobs it hits)
      • Claw (inflicts bleed for 10 seconds)
    • These attacks can be used via command staff
    • Can swim over water
  • Added Pteranadon
    • Holy shit a flying mount in Prehistoric Rift at last
    • Are very frail and have pretty bad energy

Changes to existing creatures

  • General
    • All mobs (except the smaller ones) are immune to knockback
    • Most creatures from the addon are scared of torches, fire, campfires, and their soul variants
    • If you hold a torch or a soul torch in your hand most creatures from the addon will run away from you
    • Creatures can only be leashed when tamed
    • Added an energy bar that depletes whenever a creature walks around, attacks, or uses an ability, whether or not it does it on its own or is commanded to do while being ridden
      • If the energy bar is low it will become very slow and cannot move
      • The energy bar will regenerate naturally if the creature is resting and is not using any command staff abilities
    • You now need to sneak while holding the favorite treat of a carnivore once again to approach and tame them safely
    • Forced attacks now take into account the strength and weakness effects of a mob
  • Anomalocaris
    • Reduced speed
  • Baryonyx
    • Will now spawn in Mangrove Swamps
  • Direwolf
    • If you hit a tamed Direwolf you can do the ff actions:
      • Sniff for nearby mobs
      • Sniff for nearby items
      • Sniff for nearby chests
      • Change what it will sniff out when using the sniff command staff ability while riding it
    • Will now only use the breath attack every 30 seconds only when in werewolf form instead of spamming it at every opportunity
    • Pack buff ability now requires other Direwolves (or regular wolves) to work
  • Dodo
    • May now spawn with a baby zombie riding on them
  • Megaloceros
    • Baby Megaloceroses will no longer have antlers
  • Sarcosuchus
    • Will now spawn in Mangrove Swamps
  • Saurophaganax
    • Changed how Saurophaganaxes go back to sleep when forcibly woken up with Lunar Stimulants
    • Instead of going back to sleep after 60 seconds when awoken w/ Lunar Stimulants they will now go back to sleep when their energy bar is empty
    • Sauropahaganaxes at day cannot regenerate energy
    • Mobs that survive their light blast attack get set on fire
  • Utahraptor
    • Pack buff ability now requires other Utahraptors nearby to work
    • Nerfed damage from 12 (6 hearts) to 6 (3 hearts)

Predator Caverns

  • Giant sprawling caverns that you can enter to find great loot, as well as hostile inhabitants
  • Can be found in plains, but more biome based variants will be added soon
  • You can also find some powerful mini-bosses in them... and they're very powerful

Raptor Dens

  • Can be found in forests, dark forests, and jungles
  • Are made of partially cut off fallen trees, and are full of Utahraptors and some loot sacks

New Items

  • Added New Treats
    • Includes Cactus Treats, Fungus Treats, and Honey Treats
  • Added Energizing Stimulant
    • Can be crafted with a wooden bowl, truffle, netherwart, and blaze powder
    • If consumed by a creature it will regenerate energy much quicker
  • Added Pistol
  • Added Shotgun
  • Added SMG
  • Added Sniping Rifle
  • Added Rocket Launcher
  • Added Grenade
  • Added Flame Bomb
  • Added Bola

Changes to illagers

Yes, the illagers have been given some buffs so to say

  • General
    • All Pillagers that happen to have guns will drop them and their corresponding ammunition
  • Pillagers
    • Pillagers in patrols or raids may ride any of the following depending on the biome:
      • Most:
        • Utahraptor
        • Dilophosaurus
      • Most Cold Biomes
        • Direwolf
        • Direbear
      • Swamps and Mangrove Swamps
        • Baryonyx
        • Sarcosuchus
    • Pillagers will now be equipped with any of the ff weapons
      • Shotgun
      • SMG
  • Vindicators
    • Vindicators in patrols or raids may ride any of the following:
      • Most:
        • Utahraptor
        • Dilophosaurus
      • Most Cold Biomes
        • Direwolf
        • Direbear
      • Swamps and Mangrove Swamps
        • Baryonyx
        • Sarcosuchus
    • Vindicators will now use pistols to attack far away targets
  • Evokers
    • Evokers in raids may ride a Tyrannosaurus
  • Witches
    • Are now hostile to villagers
    • Are now immune to harming, poison, fatal poison, and wither
    • Witches in raids may ride a Parasaurolophus

Changes to Items

  • Costumes will now only spawn from Loot Sacks depending on the month your system's date is set to, as listed below
    • Birthday Costumes within January
    • Halloween Costumes within October
    • Christmas Costumes within December

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed zoglins only attacking players (#163)
  • Fixed direwolf babies not moving (#158)
  • Fixed direwolf raising arms when using breath attack and in air (#155)
  • Some others I probably forgot to list here, idk

do note that you might get some occasional lag spikes here and there, idk if i can deal with them however
