Describe the bug
When a menu from the menubar is open, other menus open when you hover over their titles. This is a pretty common behavior. But when the other menu name is vertically adjacent to the open menu, the lower 60% or so of the menu title doesn’t behave as a hover target. It seems like the drop shadow from the open menu is in the way.
To Reproduce
Open any menu from the menu bar, and then hover over the bottom portion of the title of an adjacent menu.
Expected behavior
The current menu should close and the menu belonging to the hovered title should open.
