Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As the plugin user, I want to be able to sort USS files and datasets

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement "Sort" context menu option, that will reveal a list of options on hover.
The list will consist of two sections: sort by and sort order

The selected and active items will be marked with dot on the left
