Looks like it has sections for:

• International Olympic Committee
• Red Cross
• IGOs

…and ~770 total reserved names.

Two-char ASCII

• https://www.icann.org/resources/two-character-labels
• looks like they're all initially reserved, but gTLDs can eventually release them if they want.

Country and Territory names

• https://www.icann.org/resources/country-territory-names
• but like two-char ASCII, registries can release them if they want.

Hm, these aren’t zones, but they are reserved labels. I’m not sure if zones are the best place to record this data?

Maybe metadata as a list of reserved labels?
