Feature improvements – Add alignment options to the bookmark settings

When trying to customize the page, you can not properly set the bookmarks to one side of the screen like you can do with the header section and the groups, bookmark section is left out. This is obvious issue when using a laptop connected to an external display as moving it from one screen to another is not consistent.

The alignment section should be added to the bookmark area of the settings page so you can either align it to the left, center, or right.
