PayPal Fees Are Not Paid

On the zld-to-paypal page it is stated that ZC will pay the PayPal fees:

However, this doesn't seem to be true. All incoming transactions are the exact sum stated by ZC on the exchange page, but PayPal takes its fee out of it.

In order for the statement to be true, ZC should send the stated amount + the percentage that PayPal takes for incoming money.

For example my exact last exchange was $31.22, as it is also stated in the logs:

Sent 31.22 to [email protected] via PayPal: AP-XYZ.

And PayPal took its cut out of it:
