Can a zip archive have 0 files?

Is it possible to have a valid zip archive with 0 files inside?

i.e., it was created (opened) then closed without writing files. If it's possible:

• can we have such a sample ZIP for testing? [edit: see next comment]
• is mz_zip able to create it? [edit: apparently yes]
• is mz_unzip able to unzip it without error? [edit: see compatibility with empty zip files #179]
