旅行などのイベント中は習慣を実行できないこともあるので、Mem単位で有効無効を切り替えられるようにしたい
しばらくやらなくていいかなって判断したときも無効状態にしておきたい

アーカイブとは目的が異なる
- アーカイブは不要になったが残しておく目的
- Disable は一時的に不要になったがそのうちEnable する
