Request: Doc outlining where validators can get alerts, stay aware of upgrades, etc.

Given there is status.zetachain.com and probably other monitoring channels out there (discord channels, etc.), I think it would be good to have more around how/where an operator can monitor both their validator and the network in case things require their action (monitoring balances, alerts, upgrades, etc.).

Docs already have this - https://www.zetachain.com/docs/validators/monitoring/ - so could just be a couple sections about external sources to keep an eye on.
