Assistance?

I don't know another way to ask, so I am opening an issue :)

I was wondering if you could use any assistance with this crate. I am using it in combination with chumsky and figured since I contribute to the one that I should be fair and contribute to the other.

Would it be of any use for me to go through and try and take a crack at simplifying the code in src/write.rs, or are you far enough along in a rewrite that it would be pointless?

At this point the rewrite is at the stage of me playing with API design rather than core implementation. I can give some information about this later today.
