Shared Dimension Contact

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it is not possible to see who has created or edited a shared dimension. This information could be useful to coordinate later changes and additions, without undermining the original intent of the dimension.

Describe the solution you'd like
There could be a changelog of some kind:
date of edit, user, optional: edit action

Or alternatively contact information which is provided when creating a dimension.
